Hypocrites

P.S : I am not commenting about all the musicians, “THERE ARE FEW MUSICIANS” who are contaminating this divine field with such sinful act. It will not even take two seconds for me to write the name of the musician on this blog, I am not doing it because he has been already expelled from an organization and I don’t want him to be out of the music field too.

I am sure many of us know what is Arangetram? In simple words it is Debut on-stage performance of a student. There will be always a high-level of enthusiasm with the parents of the boy/girl when the dates of arangetram getting nearer.
Generally a mridangam arangetram will be divided into 3 parts.

Part 1 : Pre thani avarthanam
Part 2 : Speech by guests (Yeah! Few Hypocrites, Read it carefully not all are hypocrites)
Part 3 : Post Thaniavarthanam

I was really shocked to hear the speech by one of the “famous” mridangam artiste in one of the mridanga arangetram held recently.  The speech could have been better and it was just like his playing. I always used to think there is a huge difference between “famous” and “best” artist and this famous artiste was self-portraying on the stage rather talking about the performance of the kid.

Few questions came to my mind.
  1. Who wants to know if he has cancelled all his concerts and came only for the arangetram?
  2.  Who wants to know if he has “NOT” taken money to give a speech for arangetram?
  3.  Who wants to know if he is running a Magazine?
Many might feel that these things do not matter if they are said on stage. Yes! Yes! Yes! Hold on Please! I too agree this, IF AND ONLY IF they are true.

a. Coming to the speech, Sure he would have got concerts on the arangetram day, but sure he wouldn’t have got the money on par with the arangetram speech. Then why such a hypocritical talk saying “I came only for the arangetram by cancelling all concerts”…. And the talk continued like this… “Concerts may come any day.. But arangetram will not come all the time”. I really don’t understand his mindset.  The talk was very very phoney,.

b. The most shocking thing he said was “I am not here in as a cheif guest for money!”..
  •  I am not saying its wrong to give money
  •  It’s the duty of the parents to honor the chief guest to the maximum extent.
  • The musicians should be treated with highest amount of respect”.
On the other hand,
  • The musicians should not talk rubbish on stage.
  • Should not talk whatever comes to mind, when he has a mic before him.
  • Should NOT talk as if he is a Buddha and others are terrorists.
  • Do not Self-Portrait. It looks really childish!
He knows to himself how much money he has got for the arangetram, yet on stage with no fear, no self-respect he was saying “I didn’t come to this arangetram for money” , that too in front of the audience, Parents, Kid. The fact is everyone knows that he is honoured. Why this double standards?

He even went to the extent of saying "who ever writes bad about me  i dont care". Even i am running a magazine, i will write in that. I dont know for what context he has said that. To my knowledge he is not running a magazine. He might be thinking  "Thinnai peechu - Vetti kathai" as magazine.. God only knows.

Are such musicians needed in the field of divine music?  Only time will give the answer.

Legal - Pornography

Deaf Tom, Blind Dick and a Dumb Harry in India will know that selling of pornography videos and pictures is against the law. If anyone in India is doing such uncivilized act, he/she can be sentenced to rigorous imprisonment and fine under the Section 292 IPC. It’s a crime to sell the Playing cards where backside is portrayed with obscene naked pictures of men/women in pornographic postures.

We all know that an orthopedic surgeon was arrested under the IPC Section 67 of Information technology act. All he did was making pornographic pictures and selling them over the internet.

Currently the most famous “Terrorist helping” journal is selling pornography in the form of news. Yeah! Who else other than http://www.nakkheeran.in.  From this website we can download the complete “CD” of Nithyananda (Read: Profane Cults) with other tamil actresses by paying subscription for the journal. Is this a political journal or pornographic magazine?

Everyone in india knows that Nakkheran is famous for spreading fake news and they write spicy things in the journal to sell the copy and nothing more. It was clearly evident when they released nakkheeran journal with the photo of Velupillay prabhakaran after his death.

These websites will show the true color of Nakkheeran.

  1. http://www.goergo.in/?p=4246
  2. http://www.nakkheeran.in/Users/frmNews.aspx?N=8767
  3. http://www.chennaitvnews.com/2009/05/following-is-photo-which-is-circulated.html

On top of it we get to watch free Porno in one of the most famous channel of Tamilnadu, Sun TV. Just to increase the rating the pornography video was telecasted for 3 consecutive days and after that there was no “news” about the issue.

Why the @#$$@^$%& government does not take any action against the “mushy face” a.k.a “Veerapppan’s close associate” a.k.a an editor/publisher of the Tamil magazine Nakkheeran.
Why the Government is not taking any action against the Sun-TV. Oops! I am sorry I should not ask that because “Sun-TV and government” are one and the same, it’s just another business run by the “Nidhi” family.

One thing is for sure, if there is a Web-competition on porno movies surely http://www.nakkheeran.in will top the list.

Divine Cults - Oops should be Profane Cults

“Swamiji! Swamiji! Swamiji!” … “Bhagavan  Bhagavan Bhagavan” Dont get panic on hearing these words. The current trend of india is just revolving around the swamiji and their “miracles”, either be it a healing course or being a spiritual “self-realiasation” course there are many people who are willing/craving to participate and fall into the trap.  The general public thinks that they can get easy money and easy fame if they fall on the feet of so called “Swamijis”. On the other hand, public doesnt know that they are falling into a “In-bound” maze which doesnt have an exit at all.

These “so called swamiji's” are up with a great business mind and keeping the local politicians happy, and  surviving only with the help of their political background and money power. Innocent people are falling  in trap because of BLIND faith and not knowing the true “color” of the so called gurus.

Its sad to know that these cults calling themselves as “Incarnation of God” sometimes even calling themselves as God. Do they mean that its so easy to see the god just by giving money or doing “sevice” to the guru. I dont want to get in detail on the word “SERVICE” I am leaving it to the imagination of the readers. It is not only that people are getting into the trap of  “Big-Business Swamiyaars” they also fall into the trap of  “Kutti-Kutti-Poli Saamiyaar”. Now a days daily news papers thrive only because of this cults.

Premananda, Shivasankara Baba, Nithyananda, Dwivedi, Trivedi, chaturvedi....... the list is endless. We just know only few people who got caught and there are thousands and thousands of people who are just hiding under the safron coated clothes calling themselves as swamiji. Just by doing some “Magic” these guys are calling themselves as Swamiyaars. They should call themselves as magicians and not as cults. If magicians are god, to me “David blaine” is God of Gods. These cults should undergo a crash course with David blaine before getting into such acts. :-)

Just by reading ramayana, mahabharatha, geetha and quoting phrases from them will not make one a guru. Its all about how one is leading the life. Thousands and thousands of years back valluvan has written this in one single line, If only we try to follow this “every one is god”.

வையத்துள் வாழ்வாங்கு வாழ்பவன் வான்உறையும்
தெய்வத்துள் வைக்கப் படும்

English Translation : He who pursues the householder's life well here on earth will be placed among the Gods there in heaven.

Act of selfishness

It was a normal day, I take my regular route from my house to main raod to reach my office. I find lot of confusion over the first-cross street of vijaynagar. It seems that the road is blocked and made One-Way. I do not find any reason to make that road one way. Two policemen were standing on the corner of the road, blocking the road with a Barricade and a big container, asking us to take the main road route instead of going through our regular one.

It is because the road gets conjusted near the sutherland and near the vijaynagar terminus, people use to come through vijay-nagar colony to reach main road. There is nothing wrong in that, as long as there are enough speed-breakers are set in place to prevent casualities. Now, his road has become conjusted he has shown his power by making the road one way.More over only one (his) road was made oneway and rest are open to the public. I was wondering, What the heck !!!!!

What is the motive behind this ? Deeply analysing, I concluded the following things.

a. Person holding the higher-post on Vijaynagar welfare association is residing in that street.
b. He doesnt want traffic to block his road.
c. He cares so much about his health. (Sound & Air Pollution it seems)
d. He can make sure that his road is always calm and clean.

This is pure act of selfishness. Infact, I have asked two of the policemen about the changes. At first he was reluctant to give any answer and finally he opened his mouth. These things happen because of pressure from the Vijaynagar association members(few people). He also commented that, there is no use in blocking this road, and we (policemen) are standing throughout the day and acting like a route map. I really pity these policemen. I am sure because of these association top-members, the curse of so many people falls only on the policemen. :-(

Moreover, if we need to reach the main road, We need to divert through the vijaynagar cross streets which is 300mtrs extra compared to the normal route. Which really counts to a criminal expense of Rs.100 per year for petrol for per person.

I really dont understand what these people achieve by doing such silly acts. Are they showing their power? Or are they proving that all top officials does this for selfishness.

God Save them and save us from these selfish people.
